Cancellation Policy

At Kainchi Dhaaga, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our operations.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible time frame will be refunded

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges

  • Repeated COD cancellations may result in account restrictions or order refusal

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

5. Cancellation by Kainchi Dhaaga

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock or inventory issues

  • Payment failure or verification issues

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may vary depending on your provider
