1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
The product must not be damaged or altered after delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products purchased during sale or clearance
Items showing signs of use, wash, or damage
Accessories (if applicable)
3. Reasons Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Received a damaged or defective product
Wrong product or wrong size delivered
Manufacturing defect
⚠️ Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting is not considered a defect.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images
Our team will review and approve the request within 48 hours
Once approved, return instructions will be shared
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable courier service
Kainchi Dhaaga is not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to stock availability
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Only one exchange per order is permitted
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
