Kainchi Dhaaga Apparels understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which order cancellations are accepted.


Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the cancellation request is received, we will verify the order status. If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled and a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance once the product is delivered.

Refusal of Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future purchases.


Refund for Canceled Orders

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders canceled before shipment, no charges will apply.


How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with their order number and registered contact details.
