Shipping Coverage
Kainchi Dhaaga Apparels currently ships across India. We do not provide regular international shipping through our website at this time. Customers interested in international orders may contact us directly to check availability and shipping feasibility. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain remote or service-unavailable areas if required.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS confirming that we have received your request. Orders are processed within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery typically takes three to five business days for metro cities and five to eight business days for other locations within India. These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Kainchi Dhaaga Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or situations beyond our control. Customers will be informed once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on eligible orders. Any such offer will be clearly communicated on our website.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the cancellation is made before shipment.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations. If applicable, any additional COD charges will be displayed at checkout. Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD services for that customer.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor their shipment status directly through the courier partner’s tracking system.
If tracking information is not received within the expected processing timeframe, customers may contact us for assistance.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full address, PIN code, and active contact details. Kainchi Dhaaga Apparels will not be responsible for delays, delivery failures, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to record a clear video while opening the parcel and contact us within twenty-four hours of receipt. This will help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
In case of significant delivery delays or lost shipments, customers should contact us promptly. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
