Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

With all original tags intact

Returned with original packaging
Products with broken, removed, or damaged tags will not be accepted for exchange. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will also not be eligible.
Exchange Only Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy allows product exchange only if the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
If the requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, customers may choose another product of equal value, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products may be marked as non-exchangeable on the product page due to hygiene or special promotional reasons. Such items cannot be exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, as it may be required for verification.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
