Refund policy

At Kainchi Dhaaga Apparels, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which exchanges may be processed. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all original tags intact

• Returned with original packaging

Products with broken, removed, or damaged tags will not be accepted for exchange. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will also not be eligible.

Exchange Only Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy allows product exchange only if the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, customers may choose another product of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products may be marked as non-exchangeable on the product page due to hygiene or special promotional reasons. Such items cannot be exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange conditions.

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please provide the following details:

• Order number

• Reason for exchange

• Clear images of the product (if required)

Once the request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, as it may be required for verification.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
